PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Commet platform, you (“you,” “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Commet, Co. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Commet provides a software-as-a-service platform for commission calculation and related analytics.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
  • You create an account via Google OAuth.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Commet a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Service, excluding User Content, belong to Commet or its licensors. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Commet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if advised of the possibility.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commet, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your license ends, but sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
